Refund policy

we accept returns within 14 days of Lake Luxe Clothing and Co. normal operation ( Wednesday - Saturday) from date of transaction. 

if you purchased with cash, we will refund you with cash. 

if you purchased with a card/debit card, we will start the return process at the store & provide you with a receipt that the transaction of return has been initiated.  please contact your banking institution for availability of funds estimate.

the item you are requesting to return is at the sole discretion of the employee accepting the return and the condition of the item. we will not accept returns on items that have been worn ("worn" term at our discretion), tag removed, or item has been opened. we do not accept any returns of swim attire - worn or not worn- under any circumstances due to hygiene.

items returned by mail will be at the cost of the purchaser; consumer will purchase shipping of return back to lake luxe.
please email shoplakeluxe@gmail.com to receive instructions on how to return the item. failure to email shoplakeluxe@gmail.com for instructions will result in delay and / or failure of correct return instructions, which could prevent return. please allow 48 business days (wed - sat) for response before seeking alt. action.

Lake Luxe Clothing & Co. is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited our brick and mortar store.

packages undeliverable will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our brick and mortar store.
